Digital Dan IT Services (DDITS) is an independent 3rd party sole trader. For any work carried out on equipment and machinery by DDITS it is the customer's responsibility to ascertain if carrying out of services will void any manufacturer warranty or guarantees. DDITS are not held responsible for any loss of manufacturer warranty or guarantees. 

 
 

DDITS offer a 3 month parts and repair guarantee and a 1 month data back-up period for recovered data and/or digitised analogue material. After this 1 month has elapsed all data is deleted by Digital Dan IT Services. Any requests for data/repair or services after these periods will be classed as a new data recovery/digitisation/repair/service.
